Context: Previously, Wish didn't leverage any email campaigns targeting new and resurrected users.

Project: I crafted content for a global email & push series. 1.5M emails and 20M+ push notifications get sent out weekly.

Results:

  • Email CTR: +64.7%

  • Push CTR: +11.68%

  • Revenue: +2.91%

  • Buyer conversion: +1.43%

WISH: 2022 BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN

Context: Wish ran a major campaign called Every Day Is Black Friday during November.

Project: I led and executed content for two global email campaigns:

  • A sneak-peek newsletter sent to 22M+ users

  • A 3-part series that kept 44M+ users in the loop on the latest deals and collections

Results: 

  • OR: 30% (+283%)

  • CTR: 1.51% (+308%)

  • Revenue: +4.34%

WISH: INVALID DISCOUNT APOLOGY EMAIL

Context: Wish accidentally emailed users an invalid discount code.

Project: I created content for a fun and light-hearted apology email.

WISH: WISH ACCESS EXIT EMAIL

Context: Wish discontinued Wish Access, a subscription-based program that offered free shipping.

Project: I crafted an email that informed Wish Access users the program would be replaced by a new shipping program.

WISH: RECENTLY VIEWED EMAIL

Context: Before, Wish wasn't sending any email campaigns highlighting users' recently viewed items.

Project: I strategized and wrote a global recently viewed campaign, which targeted 5M+ users to fuel conversions.​

Email results: 

  • CTR: +27.26% 

  • Clicks: +46.92%

  • Revenue: +1.31%

Push results:

  • CTR: +0.91%

  • Revenue: +4.05%

  • Buyer conversion: +1.68%

Context: In the past, Wish was only sending generic abandoned cart push notifications and no emails.

Project: I crafted personalized content for a global email & push series.
